By accessing or using BotSales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, buyers, and sellers.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or list items for sale. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for all content you post on BotSales. By submitting a listing, you confirm that: • You own the robot or have the right to sell it • The description and photos accurately represent the item • The item is legal to sell in your jurisdiction • You will not post duplicate or misleading listings BotSales reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice.

BotSales is a marketplace platform — we do not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale and accept no liability for disputes, fraud, or issues arising from transactions. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for completing their transactions safely and legally.

The following items may not be listed on BotSales: • Weapons or items that could cause physical harm • Stolen goods • Items that are illegal to sell in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction • Counterfeit or misrepresented goods • Industrial robots that require export licences without appropriate disclosure

Listing on BotSales is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with reasonable advance notice to users.

The BotSales name, logo, and all site content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by BotSales and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. By posting content on BotSales, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.

BotSales is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of robot specifications, prices, or availability shown on research pages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotSales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BotSales after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
